• Andrew established ANDRAS Consulting in 1994. ANDRAS Consulting assists SME's in the high technology area; on business development, government relations and obtaining funding for R&D.
• Between 1996 and 2000, Andrew was Director of Business Development and Government Relations at Newbridge Network a global telecom companys. Andrew was accountable for bottom line financial goals, targeting government R&D and economic development funding programs and procurement contracts.
• Before 1995, Andrew was in senior management positions with the Canadian Federal Government, managing a government business unit, leading technical working groups, and was also responsible for the preparation of standards, directives, and policy.
